Roasted Garlic

Planning on roasting some Garlic  tomorrow to have on my Naan bread, looks really good anyone ever tried it?, :)

Tried it last night mixed with Stilton and spread over my naan bread, having another on Sunday, :)

I have it sometimes i find i cant eat a whole bulb any more so i add some of it to spag bol sauces to help with the flavour and any left over gets wizzed u with butter and frozen for ready to use garlic butter :)
