Orange Panna Cotta

3 gelatine leaves
100ml milk
400ml whipping cream
zest of 2 oranges
1 x vanilla pod
50grms caster sugar
sliced peaches


Pour the milk into a saucepan with the cream, orange zest, vanilla pod and seeds and bring to the boil.  Remove from the heat and add the sugar. Stir until dissolved


add geletine leaves to bowl of cold water for 5 mins,Squeeze all the water out of the gelatine leaves and add them to the pan. Stir until the gelatine has dissolved.


Pass through a fine sieve


pour into ramakins,cool then fridge for 3 to 4 hours.


remove ramakin from fridge and dip halfway into warm water till panna cotta loosens from mould.

Serve with grated orange zest & chocolate Orange and fruit slices.

Top Top Pudd  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
