Anybody else started?
I've got Christmas puddings steaming for next year, bought a few cards in Charity shop sales, and making gift tags from this years cards!!

Bought half price crackers for next year, that is if the grandchildren don't see them.  Also half price Xmas cards.  I have lot some lovely, expensive (half price) Xmas tree decorations that I bought when I was working and they come out every year, and the lights worked (hurray). The queue in Marks yesterday for returns was horrendous, son still thinks I am a size 10.  I know that giving money is boring, but buying clothes for other people is not a good idea, although OH liked his two jumpers, but he is not too fussy about clothes.  Must make a Xmas cake for next year, as the one I bought was OK but not as good as mine.  Christmas was not very organised this year, due to son moving back and having to rearrange the house and bedrooms for the grandchildren to come and sleep alternate weekends, and all the extra washing and cooking. Next year should be better when hopefully he can go back to his own house, which he has rented out, as has to pay ex-wife loads of money for children and he is in debt.  Another long story.

OH ...you are frighteningly organized.. :o
I rather forget Christmas for a another year.
Hm..I might consider saving few this years pressies to pass on again next time round.. :-\ :-X ...does that count as 'started' for 2012? ;D ;D
If you start dripling your puddings with booze year ahead...next year this time, I might invite myself for a taste session.. ;D I don't really like Christmas pudding but the ideas of 'dripling' sounds good.. ;D ;D

maybe   dripling

hear a simple one time to buy fresh pull ties so you can put you Christmas lights away neatly.

goodlife

No..I wasn't about that sort of dripling.. ;D..more like what comes out of bottle..or should I've use word sloshing..but that sounds like drowning the pud with the booze.
Dampen..not enough..splashing..again to much and sounds messy..
I'm short with right kind of words.. ;D

Oh dear, I've just looked that up on Urban dictionary and that is even worse :-[
Tried trickling, that's not too good either.

Can anyone recomend a book or website of purely wholesome, clean living, cookery terms please????

Flighty

Goodlife if it's not sloshing or splashing how about sploshing!  :)

It's drizzling, dahlings!  ;D

Not that I'll be drizzling anything for several months. I'm reading this thread out of a blind fascination that people can get their heads around next Christmas while I'm still in the thick of this one.
