Grey mould on strawberries

Hello all. I have just discovered my strawberries have grey mould. I'm removing all the affected fruits and are trimming back leaf growth to let the air circulate more freely. Can I treat them with anything and will they be ok in future years or should I dig them up and start again?
I would welcome your help thankyou. :)

You plants will be fine... ;)..no need to go and dig them up. Grey mold is 'symptom' of too much humidity/wetness around and on plants/fruit so what you have done to increase airflow and removing affected parts is spot on treatment for it.. ;D
Other than making sure plants are not planted too closely together..it is just one of those unfortunate thing that we cant do much about it..it is weather related.

They have alot of leaf growth- any idea how much of this I can remove without damaging the plants?

I would not strip the plants from their leaves for sake of it....just remove some few older leaves that are lie agains the soil and if there is any damaged ones..maybe odd one or two between the plants to open up the gap slightly.
Usually the grey mold only effects fruit and some already damaged/dead leaf tissue.
Other than that they should cope..most important is to keep top of the removal of any fruit that is starting to go off...it is those that will infect other fruit.
