New T&M catalogue

Arrived in the post today, another interesting looking runner bean Tenderstar - suggests it combines the best traits of both runner and French beans?
Some interesting looking chillis and a nice mix of plum tomato seeds. Shame they forgot to put in a voucher for me!

My 50p seeds from wyevale by T and M are marked £2.69 and one is  £3.69, so don't think I will be ordering any at full price.

Tenderstar looks like Marshall's Firestorm and Moonlight which I grew this year. firestorm and moonlight are Marshall's first self pollinating and a cross between a French and runnerbean. They seemed slow to get started but I have been pleased with them. A very tender bean and lots of them.

I also received my T&M catalogue today. Next year  I will only grow French beans on my tall canes but will try a few dwarf runner beans Hestia for a change.

I too will be looking out carefully for special offer seed reductions. Some of those full prices are frightening.  :(

I grew Hestia a while back, I found the pods were short and a bit on the stringy side, may have been a hot year though!

lol, agree hardly likely to buy anything at full price! But would have been tempted with a voucher  :)

If you don't order from the new cataloque for while yet..they will soon send you 'reminder'.. "as you haven't ordered for a while...£5 voucher to get interested"... ;)
As I don't always remember to give them my customer number..each order without customer number get's logged as 'new customer'.. ::)..I get same number of catalogues.. ::)..and each time I don't order or I'm 'delayed' they will send voucher..per catalogue.. ::) ;D ;)
I never order full price items from T&M neither..

I fancy trying the Firestorm.  I like Moonlight.

I like courgettes Cavilli but Tuckers have more in their packets.  £2.20 for 10, though they are one of those annoying sites which do not tell you the price of postage up front.
T&M price is £3.99 for 5.
