I picked the first ripe Naga Morich yesterday.  My husband put a tiny bit on a pizza and said it was the hottest chilli he had ever eaten.  My son in law (who thinks chillies are never hot enough) said it was also the hottest he'd ever eaten and although he'd only touched it to his mouth he suffered for half an hour afterwards.  He said on a scale of 1 - 10 it was eleven!

;D Oh..OUTCH!...naga is not quite a 'pizza topping' chilli..unless once wishes to 'kill' the nerve sences in mouth.. ;D
Being one of the 'super hots'..I find them better as HOT sauce chillie or letting them 'soak' in bit of olive oil in fridge for few days, then removed from the oil and the oil used as flavouring and heat source on food...but it still needs using sparingly.
I wish I would have been there to see that pizza getting eaten.

Oooooooh yes, Nagas are hot! They have the lime flavour of habaneros but are too hot to enjoy it. I know a chilli grower who used to pop chillis in his mouth to crunch as he went around his nursery who was caught out by a Naga. He explained that the heat develops gradually so you find out too late how hot they are.
I grew them once and a single Naga was enough to heat up a big pot of chilli con carne. I still have a jar of them dried but may send them to Porton Down instead.
