Autumn Bliss rasoberry canes

Planted these at the end of last year and have had a great crop.
Now there are some rogue canes coming up approx 12 inches from the main plant,can I transplant them and if so when?

You can transplant them to increase your stock.

I would probably wait till they go dormant .

In Jan /Feb  when you cut down the main plant canes, I  think would be the best time
