Gave it a bash a few years back when I first got the greenhouse.  Never bothered since though.

I put some Charlotte in 1/2 a compost bag about this time last year,I also did the same with anya,I had a very good crop from both,I put the same varieties in this year too about 3 weeks ago,hoping for the same results,its worth a try,New spuds fresh on christmas morning,i save the anya for new years dinner,If frost is forecast i cover them in bubble plastic or fleece,good luck if you are giving them a go.

I am growing Charlotte and Maris Peer on the plot. I sowed them at the beginning of September. I will be covering them with fleece soon as its getting colder these days. They look healthy at the moment.
I have never grown them before at this time of the year so wish me luck.

Well I bought a bag of Morrison's organic pots as they don't have  any sprays stuff on the they grew last yr fine for Xmas I covered them with straw I just won't the prices for winter pots it shocking.any other tight gits out there

I kept some vanessa from spring and they're growing in the poly, just have to see how it goes
