pok choy

Hi Ive not been on for a wee while but am back ,I bought a pot of pok choy,how big can it grow and how will I use it?

I think it bulbs up! so all depends on how big you want it before you pick it. Use in stir fry, steam as a side veg.??? sure if you look it up you will find some good recipes.

The classic would be stir fry. It is something I've not grown yet because I prefer mustard greens which take pak choi's place in a stir fry but give good greens for soups, salads and stews. One thing I've learned though, is before I grow a veg I don't know how to cook I buy one from the supermarket first to try, read some recipes and then decide if it goes in my limited space.

thanks for the good advice I like to try somthing new each year ,but this was a compulsive bye it the garden center, you know how it goes we have all done it then think what is this?
