Tips for buying a greenhouse?

I've had a lean-to greenhouse , made from bits of an old wooden-framed greenhouse, for nearly 10 years now and it's not done badly. However, it's starting to rot and is very leaky, and it's almost completely in shade thanks to the trees and hedges nearby (not ours). I'm now thinking of buying a small greenhouse (6 x4) to go on my patio. Can I just stand it on the paving that's already there? And what should I look for when buying? Any recommendations, please?

personally i would make a wooden base/fraqme for it from tanalised timber and screw the GH frame in to that
