The offer should be available in France.  We are still part of the EU.  One rule for one and one rule for all.

Nope.  UK only.  Same as with the T&M promo.   Bit disappointing as Chilterns, Plant World and Seedaholics are happy to post to Belgium and thus,  I suppose, to France.
