Plocket

Some of my spring clems are looking lovely at the moment, so I thought I'd share them:

"Pointy" and "Frances Rivis"

Pixie

Wesselton (not looking brilliant but pretty all the same)

Plenty more to come, Purple Spider will probably be next...

Lord Steve

Thanks for sharing those, Plocket!! They are absolutely divine!!

Suzie

Absolutely gorgeous..... ;D

New Wombat

Well done Plocket - they look brilliant!! Is that the climbing frame you made the other day, in the first picture?

Plocket

"New Wombat"? Are you one and the same? And yes that is the Jacob's ladder/climbing frame/trellis/stick thingy!

I've got Pixie but it's not in flower yet
I came, I saw, I composted

I have a teeny one in a pot taken from a cutting - must check out what it is.  Am going to rebuild an old arch for it to scramble up.  They are lovely Plocket, you must be very pleased, and I think Pixie is my fave.  Is it a wee one?

crackintackle

They are magnificent.  I can smell that Pixie through your lovely photo, and I can see why you are excited with Pointy.

Plocket

EJ - yes Pixie is just a tiddler and will only grow to about 4-5ft - it likes the conifer I planted it beneath and really stands out well!

Hi Crackin'! I always find green flowers rather exotic for some reason! Pixie is a cutie but "Pointy" is stunning - the flowers are about 4 inches across, whereas the Pixie flowers are only about an inch! I can't smell Pixie either because the conifer is rather dominant!

I can't remember! I think it's 17 or 19!!! Let me just whiz round the garden....... 16 different varieties in the back and 3 different ones in the front. Some are duplicated though so I've got 23 plants in total! Not bad for a little garden!
