Hello everyone,

We are new to the allotment community and aquired our plot on March 8th 2005. It was very overgrown and it has taken time for it to be ploughed, but once this had happened we all got to work digging you can see some pictures here: www.vitalproductsolutions.co.uk/Allotment/Allotment.htm.
We will try to update our site as often as we can so please check back and see our progress.

Wow 70fingers !  Welcome to the boards!!

What a lovely family you have !! :D

Compliments on the hard work down the lotty.  You have made a marvellous job of it and I wish you well !!  It should be easy with your army of little helpers !

Good luck for the future.

WOW - you've done well!!
We got our plot at the end of Feb and you put us to shame - but then we have only 20 fingers and 8 paws and the paws don't help much  :)

Like your idea Roy - sounds good to us, just add a few beers to that ...

Welcome to Carlton allotments-good to see a few more people there and good to see all the "little uns" getting into it so early and a new generation of veg growers in the making. Saw the shed appear but have never been there at the same time. I have one allotment about two away to the right of you with the large green net on my cabbages with the shed  by the stream and another the other side of you now all planted with potatoes and ridged. If you see me there and I can be of any help give me a shout-all the best.

welcome on board :)
looks good. your plot is much bigger than mine (well, most are as mine is bijou ;)) - and yes, very satisfying when stuff starts showing above soil :)

have fun
